Time to let go....

Hello beautiful mothers, I was watching Madea today and something got in my spirit and I had to share. I often wondered why I was always spending time alone and didn't have the desire to go anywhere or do anything. God didn't create us to be alone and he desires the best for us. He told me to quit hiding from your past hurts and pain. Those hurts help me become the person I am today; you cannot love without feeling some kind of pain. Some at sometime is going to hurt you and disappoint you, and whatever didn’t kill you made you stronger, I am encouraging you mothers to get out and enjoy everyone and everything around you.  Go for a walk in the mall, or the park. Go to the movies by yourself. I know with the gas prices and the money situation it just seem possible. If we take a little bit of time for ourselves we won’t focus so much on our past hurts, but new possibilities.

God's Plan for mothers...

As the morning begins it so hard for us to realize what we were put on this earth for. We get so caught up in the every drama that we forget who our creator is. We were created for worship, obedience, prayer and to listen to the Holy Spirit as it guides us.


We have to take this time out as single parents to give God what is supposed to be his. He loves us so much that he gave the most precious gift to us, his son Jesus Christ. If he thought so much of us to give us something so valuable, why can't we give just a small amount of time to him? He doesn't ask for much; but the reward is far greater than the sacrifice.
